MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT:

Coordinate and document that landscaping, housekeeping, snow removal, etc. services have been completed to satisfaction. Or if you would rather us do the work, we can do that too.

 

WEEKLY CHECK-IN:

Physical walkthrough of the home to ensure everything is working properly, the temperature is at a safe level (no frozen pipes), and doors and windows are secure. We can even water your houseplants while we’re there.

Imagine arriving at your weekend house on a Friday night after work and everything is ready to go so you can live your best life without spending time on the details. You let us know what you need. Do you like coffee from Greenwood Lake Roasters, farm-fresh eggs from the GWL Garden Center Market, wine from Warwick Valley Winery? Upstate Outpost will customize a list of your favorite staples to stock your pantry for your stay. We can also keep tabs on essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, light bulbs, etc, because who wants to pack and transport all that stuff for a weekend away?
