Recently, local legislation has been passed in both the Village of Greenwood Lake and the Town of Warwick that mandates short-term rental properties have an agent of the property with a permanent residence within the boundaries of Orange County, NY. By listing Upstate Outpost as the agent of your property we will be your local point of contact for the Village or Town. As such, we will facilitate the process in obtaining your short-term rental permit, meet with the building inspector for the mandatory inspections, and most importantly be the 24-hour emergency contact on file in the event of a problem at your property.
